When you submit a rental inquiry, the website stores your name, email, optional phone number, driving platform, requested vehicle and dates, and any message you provide. The Quan Ventures team uses these details to review and respond to your request.

Website storage

Inquiries are stored in the website's database and are accessible through the protected fleet administration area. Essential cookies support form security, confirmation messages, and administrator sign-in. This version does not include advertising or analytics trackers.

Rental onboarding records

For a rental, the business may record license verification and expiry, screening consent and review references, platform approval, insurance and registration evidence, signed rental documents, payment references, and pickup/return condition photos. These records are stored in the protected administrator workspace. Payment card details and full background reports are not collected by this website. External screening, signature and payment providers use their own privacy notices.

Keep sensitive documents private

Please do not send driver's licenses, payment details, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive documents through the inquiry form. The form does not take payments or confirm reservations.

Questions or deletion requests

Contact hello@quanventures.org to ask about your inquiry or request its removal.

Records may need to be retained for rental administration, accounting, insurance claims or legal obligations. Contact us about access, corrections or deletion; deletion from active records may not immediately remove retained backups.
